Mezcal Black Velvet

Red wine and apricot blend with Lobos 1707 Mezcal in this mezcal take on a Black Velvet.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Lobos 1707 Mezcal
0.75 oz red wine syrup (DIY)
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 bar spoon of apricot jam
1 dried apricot

Instructions

Combine all liquid ingredients and apricot jam with ice in a shaker.
Shake, strain, and then serve in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a dried apricot.
