Red wine and apricot blend with Lobos 1707 Mezcal in this mezcal take on a Black Velvet.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Lobos 1707 Mezcal
  • 0.75 oz red wine syrup (DIY)
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon of apricot jam
  • 1 dried apricot

Instructions

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients and apricot jam with ice in a shaker.
  2. Shake, strain, and then serve in a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a dried apricot.
